Dr. Trisia Megawati Kusuma Dewi is the Chairperson of CSCP Indonesia and a practitioner and academic with more than 20 years of experience in sustainability, forestry, and climate change. She earned her doctorate in Environmental Science with summa cum laude honours and her master’s degree in Communication Management from Universitas Indonesia, following an undergraduate degree in Communication from Universitas Padjadjaran. Her expertise includes environmental communication, community empowerment, and forest fire prevention. She also serves as APHI’s Vice Chair for Public Relations and Partnerships, hosts the FOREST INSIGHTS podcast, and has participated in international forums, including UNFF and UNFCCC COP22–COP29.

Professor Anter Venus is the Rector of Universitas Pembangunan Nasional “Veteran” Jakarta (UPNVJ) and a communication scholar. He holds undergraduate and doctoral degrees in communication from Universitas Padjadjaran and a master’s degree in Communication Studies from Macquarie University, Australia. His experience in teaching, research, and university leadership provides a strong foundation for his role in overseeing CSCP Indonesia’s governance and guiding its strategic direction in sustainability communication.

Dr. Bambang Soepijanto is the Chairman of the Indonesian Wood Panel Association (APKINDO) and Principal Adviser to the Minister of Forestry. His work encompasses strengthening the wood panel industry’s competitiveness, expanding market access, and promoting timber legality, traceability, and sustainable sourcing. He brings forestry policy and industry experience to CSCP Indonesia, supporting sustainability communication and collaboration across government and business.

Professor Jamhari Makruf is the Rector of Universitas Islam Internasional Indonesia (UIII) and an anthropologist. He earned his master’s and doctoral degrees in anthropology from the Australian National University. His previous leadership roles include Executive Director of the Center for the Study of Islam and Society (PPIM) and Vice-Rector of UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta. He brings expertise in social research, education, and international collaboration to CSCP Indonesia.

Professor Supriatna is a Professor of Spatial Land-Use Modelling and Director of the Graduate School of Sustainable Development at Universitas Indonesia. He holds degrees in geography and environmental science from Universitas Indonesia and a master’s degree in geodesy from Institut Teknologi Bandung. His expertise spans spatial modelling, remote sensing, land-use change, and environmental research, providing a multidisciplinary scientific perspective for CSCP Indonesia.

Dr. Soewarso is the Chairman of the Indonesian Forest Concessionaires Association (APHI) and a forestry practitioner. His work focuses on sustainable forest management, diversified forest-based businesses, and stronger industry preparedness for forest and land fires. Through engagement with government, businesses, and other stakeholders, he brings practical forestry experience and an industry perspective to CSCP Indonesia’s efforts to connect sustainability communication, policy, and action.
